Deposits

The 25% deposit is required to reserve your date/time and is non-refundable. This reflects time reserved, planning and scheduling commitments.

Cancellations

If you cancel after booking, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional amounts paid may be refundable depending on the timing and services already provided.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will offer the next available options, subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date where appropriate.

If AR Photo Studio must cancel

If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund of payments made, including the deposit.
