Booking & deposit

A booking is reserved once the 25% deposit is paid and confirmation is issued. The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Payments

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session/event unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer the next available dates, subject to availability.

Cancellations

If you cancel after booking, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments may be refundable depending on timing and services already provided.

Editing & delivery

Delivery timeframes vary by service type and workload. We will confirm an estimated timeline during booking.

Usage & copyright

AR Photo Studio retains copyright of all imagery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive usage rights for personal use and sharing. Commercial usage may require written permission.

Liability

While every effort is made to deliver premium results, liability is limited to amounts paid in the event of circumstances outside our control.
